Our Ultimate Clearance Front Inner Fender Liner addresses that problem with a design built around tire clearance and engine bay coverage. Every curve, cut, and angle serves a purpose: giving your tires room to work as your suspension articulates. Actual clearance depends on your lift height, wheel offset, and suspension setup, so the liner is one part of the complete build. Installation replaces the stock plastic liner with aluminum using the included mounting hardware. Because the factory liner is attached to the flare, you'll need to cut out and remove the OEM liner before fitting the replacement. Plan on 1–1.5 hours per side. Whether you're building a daily-driven trail rig or a dedicated rock crawler, this liner puts clearance at the center of the design.

That material choice replaces the factory plastic liner with an aluminum panel designed around your Jeep's engine bay. The design brings clearance and coverage together, rather than removing the liner and leaving the space open. Each liner is waterjet CNC-cut for precision-finished edges and clean fitment. Those manufacturing details matter when you're replacing factory components: the shape, edges, and mounting points all contribute to how the finished assembly fits your build. The aluminum construction is part of that design, alongside the contours that make room for your tires and suspension. Choose bare aluminum if you want the unfinished look, or select semi-gloss black or textured black powder coat. You get the same .090-inch 5052 aluminum construction with each finish option, so the choice comes down to how you want to finish your Jeep.

Designed to Work with Falcon Shocks

This liner is designed to work with your Jeep's suspension and engine bay, with applications for JL, JLU, and JT builds in the supported 2.0L Turbo and 3.6L Pentastar configurations. Running Falcon shocks? The Ultimate Clearance design accommodates Falcon shocks, including the larger reservoir-style 3.3 Fast Adjust models. That gives you a liner option built with those suspension components in mind, rather than treating shock clearance as an afterthought. The liners are sold as a pair with mounting hardware included, so you can replace both front factory liners as part of the same installation. Choose your finish based on the build you're running: bare aluminum for the raw metal look, semi-gloss black for a smooth appearance, or textured black for a textured finish. If a custom color is part of your plan, the bare aluminum option gives you a starting point for powder coating.
