Product Overview

Looking for some tire coverage for our Orion Corners? Install a set of our 4.5" rear flares and you will keep the mud and splash where it belongs. These flares are a direct bolt on to our Orion Corners.  To install, simply align the Flare with the bolts holding on the cornar, drill a few holes and bolt on the flare. All of our flares are designed with the same bolt pattern, so if you decide you want more or less coverage it is a simple swap. 

Due to the varying widths of tires and axles we can not say that these will make you 100% compliant with local tire coverage laws but they will certainly put you on the path towards keeping the local officials off of your back.  

Build Specs

You can confidently install these flares knowing they have been constructed from quality materials by the craftsmen at Nemesis Industries. Using a water jet the flare is cut from 3/16" aluminum sheet. The flare is then dried, cleaned, and sanded to remove any dross (slag) leftover from the cutting process. Forming of the flare is handled by our CNC press brake, using tooling developed by our resident tool and die maker. The flare is then welded and metal finished providing a seamless finish. Upon completion the flare is inspected to ensure a precise fit.

  • Flares are available in black powder coat, custom powdercoat and color match paint.
  • Flares are provisioned for 3/4" LED marker lights.

Installation

Installation can be handled by the average home installer, and can be completed in 2 hours for the pair, using basic hand tools. If you ever have a question during the installation process our skilled technicians will be available during business hours to answer any questions you may have.
